WALLA WALLA, Wash., -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers seeks bids for low-voltage and DC systems upgrades at the 603-MW Ice Harbor hydroelectric project on the Snake River in Washington. Bids are due Oct. 28.

The work is valued at $1 million to $5 million.
