Idaho Wind Farm Gets 20-year Purchase Agreement by Associated Press MSN Money, April 16, 2009

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho - Southern California Edison has entered a 20-year power purchase agreement with a wind farm in eastern Idaho.

The agreement means the company will purchase 90 megawatts from the Goshen II farm in Bonneville County, with an option to expand up to 130 megawatts of new wind energy generation.

The wind farm is being developed by Ridgeline Energy and BP Wind Energy. Ridgeline Energy Chief Executive Steve Voorhees says the project will help to diversify the region's energy supply.

The agreement still must be approved by the California Public Utilities Commission.
