Results from this Past Week

Rivers and lakes

Columbia River below Bonneville Dam -- Last week: 1,672 bank anglers caught 82 chinook, 67 steelhead and 131 sockeye, and release 39 chinook, 24 steelhead and two sockeye; 350 boats with 802 anglers caught 66 chinook, 30 steelhead and 32 sockeye, and released 47 chinook and 13 steelhead; 62 bank anglers caught one sturgeon and released17; 81 boats with 233 anglers caught 40 sturgeon and released 141; one boat with two anglers caught no walleye; 521 bank anglers caught 2,556 shad and released 32; nine boats with 24 anglers caught 68 shad and released four.

Columbia River in Bonneville Pool -- Last week: 111 bank anglers caught 16 sturgeon and released 187; 56 boats with 147 anglers caught 45 sturgeon and released 453.

Columbia River in The Dalles Pool -- Last week: 14 bank anglers caught one sturgeon and released seven; five boats with 13 anglers caught two sturgeon and released 34; 43 bank anglers caught one chinook; seven boats with 17 anglers caught seven walleye; four bank anglers caught one bass and released one; three boats with four anglers caught one bass and released 52.

Cowlitz River -- Last week: 103 bank anglers caught 10 chinook and 11 steelhead; 34 boat anglers caught three chinook and 14 steelhead.

Toutle River South Fork -- Last week: 18 bank anglers caught two steelhead.
